Delivery Coverage
mobilelyft delivers across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more. We are constantly expanding our coverage.
Delivery Timeframes
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas of Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available in major cities for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
- Standard Delivery (2–4 Business Days): For orders going to other cities and smaller towns across Pakistan.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on all orders above PKR 5,000. A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below this amount. No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is what you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You only pay when the phone is delivered to your door. Our delivery partner will collect the payment at the time of delivery.
Free Pickup for Sellers
If you are selling your phone through mobilelyft, we offer free doorstep pickup from your home or office. Our representative will arrive at your scheduled time, inspect the device, and collect it on the spot. No need to visit any office.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
Packaging
All phones are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Certified phones are sealed with our quality check label. If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, our courier will make up to 3 attempts on different days. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned and you will be contacted to reschedule.
